QuestionI recently bought the ambient lights and the hue bridge. I am trying to set the lights so they sync with my tv and show the colors my tv shows. Is there any other separate parts I need to be able to sync the lights to the TV?

- Answer You need the Hue sync to connect your lights to your tv. You can use a computer and the download from the hue website, but this is a more difficult process requiring your computer to be connected to you tv. In short get a hue sync, but be prepared for issues.

QuestionWe bought three of these for behind our large tv. They were installed by best buys geek squad. When put behind the TV first, they made a mistake and they had to get them off and on again. Maybe that's why they keep falling off? How can I fix it?

- Answer If geek squad installed I would call them and have it fixed. If they took them off and put them back on again, they will need new 3M adhesive strips.
