• If u want it to sync with ur tv, to bring out the TVs color then u will want to buy a hdmi sync box to connect it!! It will work without it just u will have to pick and change ur own colors. Not worth it without sync box honestly.

• On my 75" TV, I have a Hue Play bar on each side, 2 along the bottom, and this Lightstrip along the top. I'm not happy with the Lightstrip in this setup, and will be replacing it with 2 more Play light bars. This Lightstrip has Bluetooth, but you'll need a Hue Hub for more advanced functionality. If you want your lights to sync with what's on your TV, you'll need the Hue Play HDMI Sync box (which also requires the Hub).
