The Tap twists counter clockwise off of the mount

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Tap switch comes off of the base by rotating the switch 45-90 degrees. It 'clicks' in and out of the base securely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The button comes off the wall plate if you twist it counterclockwise. It doesn't twist too much, maybe 3/4 of an inch.
