“Does anyone know how to remove the back wall plate from the TAP. I see the Command Wall Strips that are to be peeled off and stuck to the wall, but I don't intend on using it like that, just placed on the desk. How does the back come off?”

• Why remove it? I use it on my table and just left it on. It doesn’t get in the way.

• The Tap switch comes off of the base by rotating the switch 45-90 degrees. It 'clicks' in and out of the base securely.

• The button comes off the wall plate if you twist it counterclockwise. It doesn't twist too much, maybe 3/4 of an inch.
