Can the razor charge with any Qi charging pad? null

Yes - I've tried a couple of other Qi pads successfully. The big thing with the included pad is that it is designed to hold the razor in exactly the right position. That's the biggest challenge using a different pad.

Yes*, most but not all Qi charging pads. I find that it helps to remove the whole shaving head assembly when using another Qi charger. My Pixel Stand however will not reliably charge the shaver and I've tried every possible thing, even placing the stand flat. I think the issue is the 2 coils it has and how small the shaver's coil is. Only use 1 coil Qi chargers with this shaver.

I can only vouch for the including Qi pad being able to charge a cellphone. I have not done the reverse as it would not lay flat very easily without the rounded cup to hold the shaver at 90 degrees.
