“What makes the s9000 any better than my lousy 5500? It shaved great for a month then the blades got duller & duller till I quit using it, cutter heads have to be replaced every 2 mo. Takes Long, heavy grinding to get decent shave. Cheap cutting heads!”

• If you keep the heads clean it will stay sharp longer. Not sure about the 5500 model.
