“Can this be used you shave a person's bald head”

• I shave my entire head with a Norelco. I have done it every day for the last ten years. My wife thinks it shaves just as close as a razor cut and I have never cut myself due to my Norelco electric shaver.

• You probably could but you are better off using a razor for that. Electric shaver will definitely not give you as close a shave for your head.
