A:AnswerIt does not come with an adapter, which is very inconvenient. Phillips indicates it is for "sustainability" reasons and they will sell you one for half again as much as the price of the toothbrush. Not good service in my opinion. This product should come ready to go and not needing a separate purchase to use the charger. Disappointing!
A:AnswerHello! You can use Philips Sonicare snap-on or click-on brush heads, with the exception from Philips One by Sonicare brush heads. Brush heads like the C1, C2, C3, G2, G3, W2, A3, DiamoondClean, InterCare, Sensitive, SimplyClean are all compatible with the Philips Sonicare 4100 Power Toothbrush.
A:Answer1 brush STROKE (an up and down motion) = 2 brush MOVEMENTS (one up, one down)
And that means …
31,000 brush-STROKES-per-minute = 62,000 brush-MOVEMENTS-per-minute. They describe the same rate of speed (frequency).
So, there’s nothing new and improved here. Both brushing action descriptions are equivalents.

A:AnswerActually, the former answer "it uses a C3 head" is belied by the company provided photo showing a C2 head. What the little "radar" symbol means, sort of like my computers WiFi presence symbol, is not stated. Looking further, that seems to be the Brush Sync chip symbol, to activate the LED light that it's time to change the brush head. Your handle may not have that capacity, but all brush heads C1, C2, and C3 will work in the handle
A:AnswerHello! The Philips Sonicare Electric toothbrushes, including HX3681/23, come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. We don't sell extended warranties, but if you register your toothbrush on your MyPhilips account right after buying it, you'll get an extra 6-months added on top, so that's 2 years + 6 months total coverage. If you'd like more details about how the warranty works, just drop us a private message on Facebook/Instagram and we'll guide you through it.

A:AnswerHello! If you already own a USB power adapter, you can use it to charge your Philips product, provided it meets the safety standards outlined below: Input voltage: 100-240V. Output voltage: 5V. Power output: 1A or higher. If you want to use or charge your product in a moist environment, for example, in the bathroom, always use a splash-proof (IPX4) rated adapter.
