- Answer Hello! Philips Sonicare brush heads can kept clean by rinsing it and its bristles after every use. Also, removing it from the handle and rinsing its bottom with a warm water at least once a week.

- Answer It depends on how often you brush. Normally you can tell by the brush head when it’s time to replace it ... generally rule of thumb is every three months
