The numbers are quite large and easy to read. The numbers themselves have 4 brightness settings to choose from.

At night, I choose to use the middle setting because the highest setting is quite bright. The middle setting is bright enough for me as well during the day. This is a matter of preference, I am sure; so if you purchase this then the settings will allow you to pick the one best for your needs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The brightness of the clock numbers depends on what brightness setting you select. At the lowest setting which I like for night time it is hard to see during the day. You can set it higher but then it might be too bright for you at night.
