• I was charging my phone in the soap phone and it deleted all the pictures. I would advise you to turn it off.

• No need to turn your phone off. I’ve used this several times and never turned my phone off. Didn’t seem to have any effect.

• I have used PhoneSoap and do not turn my phone off. No issues.
