Thanks for your question, Jenn4751! On Pioneer Smart TVs that use the Xumo platform, managing apps like Paramount+ works a bit differently compared to other smart TVs. Unfortunately, Xumo TVs don’t currently allow users to manually clear an app’s cache or uninstall and reinstall apps, as all apps come pre-installed and are automatically updated over the internet. However, there are a few things you can try: first, restart the TV by unplugging it from the wall for about 60 seconds and then plugging it back in; second, check for system updates by going to Settings > System > About > System Update and installing any available updates; third, try resetting the app row by navigating to the app on the home screen, pressing the “…” button on your remote, removing it from the app row, and then re-launching it from the Launchpad to refresh it. If none of these steps work, you can perform a factory reset by going to Settings > System > Reset > Factory Reset, which will erase all settings and return the TV to its original state.
