On the day it was to be installed I got a call from the tech who was going to install it and was told that it would not fit my car. So I can"t ans. the question because I took iut back.

A:AnswerI have a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta that I also had installed with GPS, the radio works but when I put in a location it will work and then it freezes and I have to stop some where to get out of GPS and start all over I had the Tech check this, they don't understand either by the Bluetooth doesn't work either I need to have hands free to use my phone. I think the radio/GPS is bad or WAVES is not working right. I have a Kenwood which is a good unit not sure if its bad or what I am looking at the Pioneer now to replace this unit.
