I believe that you have to call or go online to there website and register your SiriusXM number from your radio. Also if you have a subscription to SirusXM for another radio or car you need to pay for another subscription for this radio. I have 3 cars and 3 subscriptions.

Please try again later.If you have an aftermarket Sirius XM receiver in your car already installed all you need to do is removed the head unit and plug the XM receiver into the head unit in the back if you have a factory-installed XM receiver in your vehicle it may require a special adapter so you can plug it in the back of your head unit.
