Can't answer regarding compatibility with your Jetta but website says there is free installation with this model.Will be going to my local Best Buy in the days ahead to put this in my Ford F-150.Don't be surprised though the installation may be free if they tell you that it requires a bracket and/or wiring harness.Imagine they will have or be able to get the wiring harness or bracket if needed
