Yes, but with an adapter that varies with your car. I used a Maestro iDatalink RR Interface unit in my 2007 Civic Si. There are cheaper options than this to get your steering wheel controls to work, but this also made for an easier install that didn't involve splicing any factory harness wires. Steering wheel controls worked perfect with this.
