“I had a pioneer FH-501bt installed at Best Buy on Feb 12-2018 I have programmed 4 numbers on the radio to press a button to dial like speed dialing. I cannot call out using my bluetooth on my stereo. I dial from my phone and talk thru microphone”

I'm having the same issues. I can't preset phone numbers and I have to make calls using my phone then talk thru the microphone.
