QuestionI had a pioneer FH-501bt installed at Best Buy on Feb 12-2018 I have programmed 4 numbers on the radio to press a button to dial like speed dialing. I cannot call out using my bluetooth on my stereo. I dial from my phone and talk thru microphone

- Answer I'm having the same issues. I can't preset phone numbers and I have to make calls using my phone then talk thru the microphone.

QuestionRadio not getting power to it, what do I do? Wiring into a 2002 Chevy Silverado. Wiring diagram only calls out for the constant power, ground and acc along with the speakers. A fairly simple install but can't get the radio to turn on. Any suggestions?

- Answer Not sure. If your Honda has double-DIN head unit or opening, then yes it will fit. You will need to purchase an install kit and wiring pigtail to transition from the Honda wiring harness to the Pioneer wiring harness. I haven't looked at a 2000 Honda in awhile so I don't remember.

QuestionI've had this radio in my 2002 Ford Escape for about 4 months. Suddenly last week you can no longer select BT as the source, only radio and AUX. Phone is still connected and calls still route through it fine but can't listen to music from phone. Fix?
