My wife is extremely picky about anything that is done to her truck, she went with me to pick out the unit. But wasn't there for the install, she is extremely happy with the install, and as we always say, happy wife, happy life. But all jokes aside, outstanding job. Not sure where you are, but the Local installer did an outstanding job, I can not tell it isn't a factory unit. Not sure how mechanically inclined you are, but for the cost of the installation I don't think it could have been any better.

I can attest that the installer we had took pride in his work. Our install was done on my son's 16th birthday and installed in his surprise car. The installer took the time to show him how it worked and ensured that my son knew that if he trades the car in they will re-install the stock system free of charge. Very professional and courteous, but again will obviously come down to your exact installer.
