“Does it have a voltage setting option. I live in a place where the electric supply voltage is 220 to 250 volts alternate current at 50hertz so if I buy in the US can I use it there because in USA supply is at 110 volts.”

Speakers use power from the Receiver - not the wall. The Receiver will be what you need to ensure works with your native electrical standard. A receiver draws power from the wall socket and will be the device that amps the sound to the speakers.
