Hi: In the past I would have definitely recommend Pioneer SC Elite line up. However as of lately I honestly could not recommend the Pioneer Elite SC series. Seem even they're flagship model the SC901 has had some issues and thus have been returned. Pioneer Elite SC series does offer a generous amount of features, but what good is this when some of the basic features doesn't perform properly. Hope this helps but does't deter you from your purchase.
