“what kind of EQ adjustments can you make? On my old Onkyo, it only gave you a shelf EQ for treble and bass. I'm hoping the Pioneer has more options than that. Does anyone know?”

you have an array of EQ custom setting and you can do it all from a tablet and save your favorites.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It come with auto audio detection. Also manual options like direct and pure for music. Also other sound formats. It does have the standard balance,treble, bass volume but you shouldn't mess with it if you have quality speakers. It also come with auto tune,and that tunes the sound to your room size. As for equalizer I don't think it has one,if you can't see it under description, or features on the products page then it doesn't have it.
