Can I use this with my office/desk phone that has a 2.5mm plug? I have some hard of hearing issues .. would this provide adequate volume increases? null

This headset has 3.5mm plugs, and the included adapter for combining the two plugs into a single plug is also 3.5mm. So you'd need to acquire an additional 3.5mm-to-2.5mm adapter.

You'd be much better off just buying a standard office phone headset, which should have a single 2.5mm plug.

I would purchase a higher numbered model. I can hear well on these, but they arent loud enough. Nor, are they clear to the listener.

It works with my cell phone, but I don't have a desk phone. The volume seems fine for me.

Yes you can. I just tried mine headset on my samsung S6 and had no issues. the sound is clear and the mic works like a champ.

Yes, but ultimately it would depend on your level of hearing loss. I have a little loss and it was fine for me.

Hello- The .Audio 355 will not work with a desk phone. It is designed for use with a computer; however, we do have a number of headsets that are compatible with desk phones. Unfortunately, none that are designed specifically for hearing issues.
