- Answer Yes, our BackBeat FIT has an IP57 water proof certification. This certification is applied in order to prevent the headset from being damaged by sweat, light rain and accidental water splashes and does not quality the product for prolonged immersion or under water usage.

- Answer Unfortunately we only manufacture the ear tips that are included with the product, we don't have other shapes, styles or sizes available. Third party ear tips might fit this headset, but we cannot guarantee they'll work properly since we do not have a list of compatible ear tips from other manufacturers. Sorry about that.
