Bluetooth is a temperamental beast and works very well indoors where it can reflect off walls (this is where the 30 foot maximum range is achieved). Outside, however, Bluetooth can be problematic and range is significantly limited. Outside, Bluetooth works best with an iPod (or other playback device) strapped to your arm. Today, I used my BackBeat FIT with an Apple Watch (on my wrist... as one might expect) and found that it was great indoors, less so on a run through the woods, and cut out frequently when in the open. I notice that your post is two months old and imagine you've already found a similar answer to your question. I learned of this issue when reading up on the Bragi Dash. They're great inside, but like other Bluetooth devices generally suffer unless the playback device is strapped to one's arm. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check of iPod likes blue tooth 3.0, if not I would recommend returning them. Your problem only happens to me when I'm out of range from my iPhone. I bought the Best Buy two year service contract for $29.99. Why? merely for the battery life protection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bluetooth will work best in direct line of sight. Normally we recommend the bluetooth device (phone, ipod, etc.) be kept on the same side of your body as the headsets bluetooth antennae. For this product that would be the the right side. The issue could also just be a problem with the connection. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so, 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test. If the issue remains the same after the reset, with the phone on the same side, we can try replacing the device. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have these problem sometimes too. It's the way the Bluetooth gets blocked I wanna say. I'd say keep it in the right pocket which I believe is where the the signal is. If not put it on the other and turn your device so the Bluetooth is stronger to. I sometimes gotta flip my phone so the Bluetooth is good while in my pocket
