Open the door by the right ear bud in the blue area and plug in the micro USB. And if your still having issues call plantronics the customer service is great. 1-888-752-6876

Carefully using your finger nail open the hinged door and insert small part of the USB end and then using USB (bigger end) plug into charging device such as poweroutlet (w/ USB insert or adapter) or you can use a computer USB port too.
