Yes, this headset is able to give voice commands to smart phones. The process is the same for Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone, and I have had no problems with the phone being able to interpret what I told it through the headset.

Yes you can! Just say ok Google and it comes up on your phone and you just give it the command. I believe I had to sync my google on my phone to the device first though then it worked.

Yes, just press the call answer button for two seconds, you'll hear some times then you can ask Google what you want. Works this way for Siri and Cortana as well.

If you do a long press on the earpiece's talk button it will activate Google Now.
