It doesn’t get as loud as I would like it to be, certainly not as loud not as loud as the Plantronics Voyager, but it’s not bad either. It’s very lightweight and can easily fall out of your ear without you knowing it, so I would suggest using the ear wrap that comes with the device. So far, it doesn’t announce the name or number of the person calling. I’m not sure if this is because I need to activate something on my end. I give it a 4 out of a 5
