Hello! Our Explorer 505 is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. We are unable to guarantee the earpiece will work with the Panasonic KX-TGD562. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles and these are the ones the earpiece requires to at least allow a connection: A2DP, Hands-Free Profile (HFP) 1.6 and Headset Profile (HSP) 1.1.
