• Plantronics devices usually do not hurt my ear like some of the others have that are similar. I have the plantronics 505 & use it for hours some days without a problem. Sometimes I even forget I am wearing it. Other devices always felt a little large in my ear as compared to the plantronics.

• you will feel some fatigue on the ear in use after a couple hrs, i usually switch between both ears through out the day, i do not use the over the ear attachment either
