“Problems getting Plantronics Bluetooth 505 to pair with my Samsung Note 4 phone. I have unpaired the old Bluetooth but this new one from Best Buy does not pair. Restarted, and did everything I can imagine. Says there is no blue tooth in the area.”

In order for other devices to find and connect to your headset you will need to place it in pairing mode first, to do so just power on your headset then press and hold the call control button until the LED alternates red/blue. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is connected to an iPhone 6. When you say unpaired the device did you actually forget the old device. If the device is turned on and your phone is able to see devices but not this new headset then there is likely something wrong with your headset. Have you tried to pair with a different phone? Also you may want to forget deceives your not using anymore. That has helped me in the past. Good luck
