As you know, your computer is equipped with an internal Bluetooth adapter. however Bluetooth technology works through several Bluetooth profiles, and these are the ones that the Bluetooth card should have to at least allow a connection to the headphones: Audio transmissions, Hands Free (HFP) and/or Headset (HSP) Bluetooth profiles. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default - even on new computer installations. In case it doesn't work, you might want to try updating the Bluetooth drivers from your computer. If you would like some product recommendations, you might want to see our UC products which are designed specifically for PC in case the PC doesn't support the profiles.
