• No it does not announce the number of incoming calls. It just rings.

• No It does not say a number of the person who’s calling and there was a bad echo a lot of tunnel sounds I took Insurance for 899 and I have to take it back so that they can check it out I wouldn’t advise to buy this one I’m sorry
