• No. The Voyager 3200 series does feature the ability to start your phone's voice assistant and you can speak a command that the voice assistant then performs but the headset itself won't initiate a call as it doesn't feature such a command. • Yes it does. the Bluetooth has called ID, voice command, answer and reject calls and if you have your contacts sync you can call by voice
