• Yes.. it announces....you can answer by touching or by voice. if the switch is on or ,if you turn blu tooth on after phone rings it will answer automatically ---Plantronics V3200 series...

• Yes it will. It'll say "call from.... Bill Murray... Answer or ignore" whatever name you have for them on your phone is what it'll say. I named my brother "Poopy Pants". Love it when he calls.
