Go to settings and see if your bluetooth is on. See if the model number is there. If so it may say not connected, if it does press where it says not connected. This worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you have both bluetooth on your phone and the earpiece turned on, press and hold down the answer button on the earpiece until the light on the earpiece is flashing between blue and red. You may have to then have your phone scan for bluetooth devices from the bluetooth control panel. Once the phone has discovered the earpiece, select it and the two devices should be connected. If your phone is setup to remember devices future use should happen automatically when bluetooth is turned-on on your phone and you turn on your earpiece. Hope this helps!

To do it manually: Press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the indicator light on the earpiece flashes red and blue repeatedly. Go to settings>Bluetooth on your phone and you should see the PLT_V3200 Listed as an available device. Select to pair and test your unit.
