It's a little stretchy, almost like a stiff rubberband.

It just pushes in behind the ear speaker. It is not very comfortable though, too small and hard.

Clip it to the small of the ear insert between the Boom and the speaker..

It just snaps onto the stem for the earpiece.

It's really simple.. You kinda have to force it in a bit. Don't worry the headset won't break
