Hello- Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Voyager Edge. You may want to try updating the firmware on the headset (http://www.plantronics.com/us/product/myheadset-updater). After updating, you will want to reset the connection between your phone and the headset. To do this, first delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. Once deleted, make sure to power your phone completely off. Then power it back on. (This will reset the Bluetooth stack in the BT software on the phone). Then re-pair the headset with your phone. If the issue continues please contact Plantronics Technical Support directly (http://www.plantronics.com/support/) and we will be happy to help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The best I could tell, the speaker itself is covered about 60% of the way by the clear rubber pieces that hold it in your ear. I ended up returning the device because of this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Very clear
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When this has happened to me, I have usually walked away from my phone. Occasionally some physical barrier will cause that interference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Possibly the headset is resting on your skin...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds good only it lacks some volume
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could be either too high volume on handset, saturating the speaker of the earpiece, or eventual problem with the bluetooth reception of the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
