I would contact Plantronics direct, I have several issues with mine and wanting to go back a Jabra ear piece. I have had the edge since I broke the Jabra I have found that it will switch back to the phones system then back to the ear piece. When answering the Edge by voice you almost have to yell answer or decline. To answer calls automatically you may have to go into the settings on your phone.

Please try again later.If you would like incoming calls to be answered automatically you will have to configure these call settings through your phone since it's not a feature provided by the headset. The voice answering feature only works when your headset is connected to a cellphone and in order for it to work reliably we recommend that you say the command after the headset prompts you and also try accentuating the "an" in answer in order for the headset to perform the action more reliably.
