Hello! No, the CS520 works with DECT 6.0 Technology, it does not have Bluetooth signal. If you wish to use it with a Computer or laptop, we suggest you to get our APU-75 cable, which provides USB connectivity to the charging base and allows you to use it with your laptop once you select it as default under Playback and Recording devices. As for the remote call control from the headset, this function will depend on the soft phone you would be using.
