Hello- The CS510 is complatiblie with multi-line phones; however, it will only act as replacement for the phone's handset. Though you will be able to answer/end calls from the headset with most phones, any of the actual phone functions like putting calls on hold, transferring etc...will still need to be done from the phone itself.
