We are actually talking apples and oranges here. What you need to determine is the diameter or filter size of the lens. The 18-55 & the 70-300 mm refer to the focal length of these zoom lens, or how far in or out the lens can capture an image in focus. The filter size refers to the circumference of the barrel of the lens . The way to determine this is to look into the lens ( as if taking a selfie if it were on the camera ), there should be a number in mm engraved and/or painted telling you the filter size it takes . For example most of my lenses for my Nikon D3300 have filter sizes of 52mm , but for my Nikkor 50 mm f1.8G Standard lens which is shorter but wider, I needed a 58mm filter. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO for the 18-55 (too big) but probably right for your big lens (likely the one I use). The #'s on the front of your lenses tell you their diameter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This fits the 70-300 mm lens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The lens size will be printed on the outer edge of each lens. You will have to purchase a filter lens that matches the size stamped or printed on the edge of your camera lens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On most lenses, the filter thread is actually printed around the front element. For example, your 18-55mm will have that number printed along with a ##mm, that number is your filter size for THAT lens. It will be different for your 70-300mm. If all else fails, take them to BB and have an associate help you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The thread size is normally listed on the front of the lens. When you remove the cap, there will be numbers shown there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to measure the diameter of your lens. The uv filter is available in different sizes. It will work on a Nikon
