Q: QuestionMy powerin 5Gpbs port stoped working. Alternately, I am using USB C port for charging my Macbook Pro and HDMI port to connect it with a monitor. Am I using this hub correctly? Also, it was puchased less than 5 months ago, can I get a replacement?

Q: QuestionWith a monitor connecting to the HDMI port of this hub, even if I turn off my monitor, my MAC still thinks the monitor is on. Anyone has the similar issue and know how to fix it? Thanks.

• A:Answer should work with any Mac that has two USB-C side by side plugs. It will not work for all Macs like my daughters that does not have the side by side USB-C ports.

Q: QuestionWill this work with new MacMini?? The MacMini has 4 usb-c (thunderbolt?) ports, but I'm not sure if the spacing is the same as Macbook, and if this unit's dual plug will block other ports??

• A:Answer I have two monitors hooked up to my MacBook Pro 13" 2019 with Touch Bar. I have one monitor hooked up using the HDMI port and one monitor hooked up using the USB-C/Thunderbolt port. It works great, they are extended, NOT mirrored. I bought this item specifically for the dual monitor extended feature.
