Q: QuestionHow do you take the phone out of the inner case? Mine is in quite tight and don't want to harm the phone.

• A:Answer Fingernails are key. Press DOWN on the left rail of the plastic clip near the volume buttons. Left UP on the bottom of the phone under the "silent" switch. While you push down on the left rail, you are lifting the phone. The top left portion of the phone will pop up and you can then ease up the left side of the phone.
