A:Answer I have a Samsung 7500 series and it works fine on my tv. I would say that it will most likely work fine. If a previous version works with a current card reader, it would be unusual for your slightly newer tv to not support it. Although, unless your tv has a USB 3.0 input, this reader will not load photos or videos any faster than a tv with a USB 2.0 input. Be aware that not all video codecs are playable on every tv. If the video is an MP4 encoded file, it should play on most TV sets from the last 5 years.
