• Yes, one leading to an Ethernet adapter and the other running to the Fire TV Stick's wall adapter. Simply plug your Ethernet into the adapter and the signal travels down the same line as the power coming from the wall.

• I would say no. i'm assuming the firestick has a USB port and you would be connecting it directly to the adapter. That won't work given that the firestick wouldn't have drivers for it.
