You will not notice much of a difference on a 1080p tv. To truly take advantage of it you will need a 4K set with HDR. The best you can expect with going pro is better frame rates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get the Pro. It has twice the HDD capacity at 1TB. That would cost you the $100 difference right there. Plus you are future proofed for 4K UHD TV!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you will notice a difference. Main difference being super sampling smoother less jaggy edges, faster frame rates and more hard drive space. Future proof and get the pro other wise you'll be spending more later when you do have a 4K tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes..the PS4 Pro makes your 1080 more clearer. and smoother content. for example...you will get more AA which means less rigid textures on a pro!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a no brainer if there is even the possibility of you upgrading you tv in the future and even if you don't. The developers can use the extra power however they see fit whether to thbat is 4K support, improved textures and/or frame rate improvements. As you can see in the screen shot I took from Tomb Raider There are 3 differnet graphical enhancements to choose from, and only one (in my opinion the least impressiv) requires a 4K tv. Also for you do decide to bite the bullet and upgrade one day it will be nice to have a console that can utalyze the technology you just spent so much on. In my option HDR makes a bigger difference than 4K
