If you truly want to get one as soon as possible & have the time, the only thing I can recommend you do is check every single day throughout the day for restocks & hope you get lucky enough to find one like I did. If you have a Twitter account, you can also follow certain people who let their followers know when certain stores are about to restock. Otherwise you can just be patient & wait several months when the ps5 becomes more readily available. One more thing, even if you have the funds please don't buy a ps5 from scalpers. These scum bags are one of the reasons why the ps5 is so difficult to find because they use computer bots to buy them all out & then charge ludicrous prices for them.

One thing that I recommend is keeping an eye on PlayStations Twitter account because they usually post when another wave of consoles is headed to stores. Also keep an eye on Best Buy because before a console wave is released, it will change from out of stock to coming soon.

My advice is to make sure your profile is preset with payment info, billing address and preferred store. You have minutes before stock sells out so you will need to ensure you complete your transaction rapidly. Your copy in your cart is not "yours" until you complete the purchase step.
