- Answer They're not going to be able to. But they also can't sell the product as NEW once it has been returned. It will be listed as Open Box. As open box policy, it will be cheaper than new, and may or may not contain download codes. Anyone who wants to be sure to get the codes will just buy a NEW console, NOT open box.
