You are correct. However, MFR doesn't even list write speed, but it is usually a fraction of the read speed,. No matter what is listed for the read or write speed, they are highly inconsistent from one process to the next. Even the capacity of the drive can be less than the stated amount (64 GB in this case), depending on what type of media you are saving. Just know that this product is faster than the current main stream (unless you are highly technical, like doing IT work for a living), and the only way you will get any better than this is to pay more. There is plenty to be had if you throw some money at it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ran tests with CrystalDisk Mark and found both the read and write speeds to be at around 20Mb/s. I put in other top tier cards from other manufacturers and they test close to the 95Mb. These obviously fall well short of competitors and their claims in the ad. Note, I bought the Elite performance 16Gb Microsd PNY.
