“how do I copy the pictures in my computer to the PNY flash drive? Do I have to download each file one at a time, or can I download the whole Pictures section (or Documents) at one time?”

insert flash drive into computer, then there will be a screen appear on desktop reflecting "open to view files". Now locate the items you wish to copy to flash drive. Drop and drag those items to the drive. Yes, you can do a full transfer by right clicking on the main title-scroll to 'copy' or 'send to' and entire contents will transfer.

Then on your computer find you files. You can drag and drop them one at a time to the usb or hold down the shift key , highlighting the pictures you want and drag and drop them all at once to the jump drive

Another drop list will appear with a list of devices connected to your computer. Find the one you want and click it. It should send a copy of the whole folder to the device.
